Professional background
My path led from software development through software architecture to CTO responsibility. I have built systems, led teams, owned architectures and co-shaped technology decisions that had to hold up for years. I bring this hands-on operational and leadership experience to the table today as an independent advisor.
Crypto & FinTech as a root
Professionally I come from the crypto and FinTech space. Even my diploma thesis dealt with cryptocurrencies as an alternative to SWIFT. From this stems my particular view on trust, control, identity and sovereignty in digital infrastructures – from KYC/KYB through digital identities to custody and risk models. No trading, no hype: a perspective on digital trust models.
Today's focus
Today I focus on sovereign AI, PKI and certificate lifecycle management, and viable architecture. With my project Sovereign PKI I work intensively on digital sovereignty and control over trust infrastructure.
Digitalisation interpreter
My real role is that of a translator. I bring management, business and engineering to one table, create shared understanding and translate complex technology into clear decisions.
How I work
Independent, clear, pragmatic. I listen, analyse thoroughly, name risks openly and recommend what genuinely holds up – not what is easiest to sell. I stay personally accountable, but deliberately develop solutions together with the people who carry them: management, business teams, engineering and, where it makes sense, selected specialists.
What I am not
I am not an agency, a systems integrator or a managed-service provider. I take on no ongoing operations, no helpdesk, no hosting, and I sell no licences. My service is analysis, architecture, conception and guidance – personal and on my own responsibility.
